1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Firefrost's AI technology consulting services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Firefrost provides AI technology consulting services including but not limited to:

• AI-driven event planning and management solutions
• Operations optimization through artificial intelligence
• Strategic AI implementation consulting
• Lead generation services with AI-powered marketing
• Custom AI solution development and deployment

3. Lead Generation Services

Our lead generation services operate on a pay-per-qualified-lead basis. A qualified lead is defined as a prospect who:

• Has expressed genuine interest in AI consulting services
• Matches the agreed-upon target customer profile
• Has provided complete contact information and consent for follow-up
• Has been verified through our multi-step qualification process

4. Payment Terms

Payment for lead generation services is due within 30 days of invoice date. Pricing is based on the package selected and ranges from $45-$65 per qualified lead. All prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their business and target market
• Responding to qualified leads in a timely manner
• Maintaining professional standards when engaging with provided leads
• Providing feedback on lead quality for service optimization

6. Confidentiality

Firefrost maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business strategies, and proprietary data. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without explicit written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All AI solutions, methodologies, and proprietary technologies developed by Firefrost remain the intellectual property of Firefrost. Clients receive usage rights for implemented solutions but not ownership of underlying technologies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Firefrost's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Service Level Agreements

We strive to deliver qualified leads within agreed timeframes. However, lead generation is subject to market conditions and cannot be guaranteed. We commit to transparent reporting and continuous optimization of campaigns.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for payment of all qualified leads delivered prior to termination date.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Corpus Christi, Texas.
